Do my customers need to download anything?
No. Customers shop entirely inside Telegram using the Mini App — no separate download, no account creation, no redirects to a browser. If they have Telegram, they can shop.
Do I need my own Telegram bot?
Yes. Each shop connects its own Telegram bot. It takes about 2 minutes: open @BotFather in Telegram, create a bot, copy the token, and paste it into your Nexus settings. We handle all the configuration from there.
What happens when I post a product to my channel?
Nexus sends the product image and details to your Telegram channel with an inline Buy button. When a customer taps it, they land in your Mini App store where they can browse your full catalog and place an order.
Can I sell physical and digital products?
Yes. Nexus supports any product type. You control the name, price, images, and stock levels. Order fulfilment is coordinated through your dashboard and the built-in 1-on-1 customer chat.
Is my customers' data private?
Yes. Customer identity comes directly from Telegram — we never store passwords or payment details. All data is scoped to your shop and is never shared with other merchants on the platform.
Can I add team members to help manage the shop?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. You can invite team members who each get their own dashboard access scoped to your shop. The Business plan supports unlimited team members.
What happens when I reach the product limit on the free plan?
The Starter plan supports up to 50 products. When you reach the limit you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited products. Upgrading takes effect immediately and all your existing products are preserved.
